Data Governance
& Privacy Protocols.
At Kyoto Logic Group, we view data privacy as a fundamental architectural requirement. This document outlines how our systems handle personal information with the same precision we apply to high-tech data environments.
Acquisition of Primary Data
At the logic group, we minimize data ingestion to the essential variables required for service delivery. We collect information through three primary channels: Direct input (forms), technical logging (IP addresses and browser headers), and cookies.
When you engage with our systems, we may record your name, company affiliation, and electronic contact details. This data is leveraged strictly for communicative integrity and project coordination. We do not engage in automated profiling or third-party data brokerage.
Processing Framework
Operational Necessity
Processing required to fulfill contract obligations or respond to site-specific inquiries.
System Security
Monitoring for intrusion detection and maintaining the resilience of our architecture.
Every piece of data processed follows a strict logical path. We utilize localized processing nodes where possible to ensure your information remains within jurisdictions that respect stringent privacy standards. Our processing last updated on March 29, 2026, aligns with international data protection regulations.
Storage and Retention Logic
Data is stored only for the duration necessary to satisfy the purpose for which it was collected. For technical logs, this is typically 90 days. For client relationship data, we maintain records according to Japanese commercial tax and legal requirements.
Security is not an afterthought but a core component of our systems architecture. We utilize AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for all data in transit. Access is restricted via a zero-trust model, ensuring only verified Kyoto Logic Group personnel can interact with sensitive records.
